Philo Launches Hallmark’s Suite of Networks Just in Time for the Highly Anticipated “Countdown to Christmas”

TV Lovers Can Start Watching Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama on Philo’s National Streaming TV Service

SAN FRANCISCO (Oct. 25, 2018) – Starting today, Philo’s national TV streaming service is adding Hallmark Channel, along with Hallmark Movies & Mysteries and Hallmark Drama, to its line-up of other top entertainment, lifestyle and knowledge programming. These beloved channels are available on Philo just in time for top-rated holiday programming events, Hallmark Channel’s “Countdown to Christmas” and Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ “Miracles of Christmas.” The three channels join other popular networks including A&E, AMC, Comedy Central, Food Network, HGTV, ID, Lifetime, MTV, Nickelodeon, OWN, Tastemade, WE TV, and many more, for only $16/month subscription.

Twenty-two new Christmas-themed movies will debut on Hallmark Channel this season, starting this Saturday with “Christmas at Pemberley Manor.” Plus, Philo subscribers will have access to an ambitious lineup of new, original content, including scripted primetime series; annual specials; a daily, two-hour lifestyle show; and other quality family entertainment. And, if subscribers miss a Hallmark Christmas movie premiere, they don’t need to worry. With Philo’s 72-hour look back feature, on demand service and unlimited DVR, they can watch when and where they want.

“Since our launch last November, Philo has remained focused on building a better way to watch entertainment-based TV. The Hallmark networks join an amazing slate of programming partners, and have been our most requested to add since launch,” said Andrew McCollum, Philo CEO. “What better way to kick off the holiday season than by adding three new channels from Hallmark to our service.”

To access Philo, fans can trial and subscribe at philo.com, free for seven days, by using just their phone number to get started and begin watching Hallmark programming within seconds. Philo offers two bundle options: 43 channels for $16, or 55 channels for $20.
